Improved performance, new frames, and improved wheel durability…

Elpex rollerskis offer you the opportunity to do ski specific training year round. Subsequently rollerskiing has become a very important off-season training tool for cross country skiers. Elpex offers classic, skating or combi-rollerskis with different rolling resistances i.e. wheel speeds, to meet your specific needs.

Rollerskiing is not just about collecting kilometres. The main goal of rollerskiing is to ski technically well and at the “right” tempo. World class skiers rollerski at similar speeds and ski the same as when on snow; and there shouldn't be any difference!

Balance is everything in cross country skiing. Rollerskiing is an excellent way to improve this. Try the one-skate technique on your rollerskis!

Sarah Daitch is doing the one-skate on the latest Elpex F1 Sprint skis.

Juniors, beginners and masters who take up rollerskiing should choose the model to match their technical and fitness levels, i.e. the right rolling resistance and frame length.

Here Sarah is doing the double-pole kick exactly as she would on snow.  The Elpex Team 610 allows for a seamless transition from snow to pavement.
