These exceptionally high quality sports socks are ideal for all cool weather and winter activities. The socks are made of warm, soft, non-itching pure FinnWool. FinnWool is a natural insulator. It absorbs perspiration and forms a dry "insulation layer" next to your skin.
FinnWool absorbs moisture even 35% of it's weight and doesn't feel moist or wet. It feels warm when wet, because natural wool is a poor heat conductor! This makes wool a unique and inimitable natural product, which has retained it's appreciation and value trough centuries till our days.
Polyamide fibers mixed with the wool give the socks durability, stretch and resiliency. Polypropylene improves moisture transportation and warmth.
Due to its special 4-channel fiber construction Coolmax transfers moisture effectively from the skin and keeps your feet dry and comfortable.
The cuff built with Lycra holds the socks securely in place, yet not too tightly. This permits the blood to circulate properly while preventing itching and dry skin around the ankles.
The sole's special wool-welt cushioning protects against blisters and keep your feet dry, warm and comfortable.
The smooth toe seam prevents abrasions.

# 9300 A very light and thin wool sock especially for skiing or running. This model has wool-welt cushioning around the foot. Colors black or natural white.
# 482 A light and soft thin wool sock. The cross country skiing sock, tested by best pro-shops, approved and used by many elite skiers and teams in Canada. Colors black or natural white.
#9832 Four-channel DuPont Coolmax-modified polypropylene sock, especially suitable for those, who have very sensitive, dry itchy skin. Absorbs very little moisture. Technical sock, which can be used also in the summer. Colors: black or white.
#7775 A medium thick wool-modified polypropylene sock stays always dry and warm even in coldest conditions. Blister–free, durable and comfortable sock with wool-welt bottom, excellent in ski-boots or in dress shoes. Color: dark gray.
"FinnWool" Sheep
FinnWool originates from Finnsheep, a special breed of sheep from Finland. Finnsheep's wool is mainly white in colour, but there is also black, brown and gray sheep in breed. Finnsheep's wool is particularly lustrous, elastic, light and firm. It is very soft - even softer than the merino wool - because Finnsheep has more long and soft under-hair compared to the thicker and stiffer upper hair than the other breeds.
Because of the high demand of wool today FinnWool is a mixture of high quality wool from other breeds also, like Merino, Oxford down, Dorset and Texel sheep.
FinnWool socks are durable. They "take care" of your feet and keep them dry and warm, when you take care of them by washing them regularly following the instructions on the package.
